Yes, that is a Toyota RAV4. And to my knowledge, Toyota never made a RAV4 S

Nerd-Vol is correct. This actually was a thing and they came from the factory like that. I remember seeing quite a few of these back around 2006. Like the Corolla “S” it wasn’t much more than body kit. But yes the stickers are douche-tastic.

I sold them when new.

Sidenote: This was the best generation of the Rav. You could get the L package with (full-time) AWD, leather, a moonroof and a manual. For 2004-05 you could get it with the 2.4L, prior it was the 145-hp 2.0L (which was a great motor, but not quick.)

The tumble and slide rear seats combined with the huge opening and flat floor made for a really good runabout.

Wow. That’s terrible.

The only Rav4 I remember with a hood scoop was the 07-12 Sport V6. Which was an insane little mommy-mobile.

Mrs. RPM esq. drives one of these (a 2010). It’s surprisingly quick. No hood scoop, though.
